We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customers [A] northoutgear.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Non-returnable items include as well items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused. northoutgear.com reserves the right to deny any return.
Shipping for return items is handled by the customer and is not refundable.
Processing returns and refunds may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, a refund excludes all shipping and handling fees since shipping is already calculated in the product’s price.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Products on special offer or discounted are not refundable and constitute a final sale.
We unfortunately can not refund items just because they are delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
It may be possible to cancel your order for free if the cancellation is requested within a maximum of an hour from when it was placed. If your cancellation request was placed after 1 hour after placing the order, be advised that a minimum $5.00 cancellation fee will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or are already shipped. Any and all orders placed during peak holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter Eggs, etc.) are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
